چین بزرگترین کشور تولید و مصرف زغال سنگ در جهان است. حدود یک سال پیش، جلسه سفارش زغال سنگ، که ویژگی اقتصاد برنامه ریزی را دارد، در تاریخ ناپدید شده است و جایگزینی ان مذاکره قیمت توسط تامین کننده و تقاضا به طور مستقل است.
