Working principle of کوره دوارs:
The kiln is a cylindrical vessel, inclined slightly from the horizontal, which is rotated slowly about its longitudinal axis. این process feedstock is fed into the upper end of the cylinder. As the kiln rotates, material gradually moves down toward the lower end, and may undergo a certain amount of stirring and mixing. Hot gases pass along the kiln, sometimes in the same direction as the process material (co-current), but usually in the opposite direction (counter-current). این hot gases may be generated in an external furnace, or may be generated by a flame inside the kiln. Such a flame is projected from a burner-pipe (or "firing pipe") which acts like a large بونسن سوز. این سوخت زیرا این ممکن است گاز، نفت، کک نفتی خرد شده یا زغال سنگ خرد شده باشد.Structure of کوره دوارs:

این یک سیلندر ساخته شده توسط ورق فولاد کربن است که قطر ان می تواند 6.9 متر و طول ان 230 متر باشد.

هود کوره is an important part of کوره دوار mainly used for collecting clinker to prevent leakage, meanwhile the hot air from cooler via the exhaust fan will be sent into kiln to adequately use the waste heat and reduce the heat consumption.
